Memora 隐私权政策（简体中文）
1. 适用范围与开发者信息
本隐私权政策适用于由 elliot shi（以下简称“开发者”）提供的 Memora 应用（Android 包名：com.memora.memora）。本政策说明 Memora 如何访问、使用、存储、导出和删除数据。
2. 核心隐私原则
- Memora 无需注册或登录，不创建云端用户账号。
- 您的记忆数据默认保存在设备上的应用私有存储空间。
- 当前 release 版本不申请互联网权限，不把应用内容传输到开发者服务器。
- Memora 不包含广告 SDK、跨应用追踪 SDK或行为分析 SDK。
- 只有当您主动使用系统分享、备份或导出功能时，数据才会离开 Memora 的私有存储空间。

Memora 不请求精确定位权限，也不会读取您的通讯录。地点描述和人物信息仅在您主动输入时保存。
4. 设备权限
- 照片和媒体：用于访问您主动选择并希望添加到记忆中的照片。Memora 不会在未经您操作的情况下扫描或上传整个照片库。
- 麦克风：仅在您使用录音功能时录制声音。您可以通过系统设置拒绝或撤销此权限；拒绝后仅录音功能不可用。
Memora 会尽量在相关功能需要时请求权限。您可以随时通过 Android 系统设置管理权限。
5. 数据用途
上述数据仅用于在您的设备上提供核心功能，包括保存与展示记忆、按日期或人物整理、搜索、播放录音、收藏、创建本地备份、恢复备份以及导出数据。开发者不会将这些数据用于广告、用户画像、信用评估、销售或自动化决策。
6. 数据传输、分享与第三方
开发者不收集：在当前版本中，应用不会将您的个人内容或设备数据传输给开发者，也不会由开发者向第三方出售或共享。
由您发起的分享：当您选择分享备份或导出文件时，Memora 会调用操作系统的分享面板。只有您选择的目标应用或服务会收到该文件；接收方如何处理数据受其自身隐私政策约束。
系统组件：照片选择器、文件选择器、安全存储和分享面板由操作系统或设备服务提供。Google Play、Android 系统、设备制造商或您选择的第三方应用可能根据其自身政策独立处理必要信息，这不属于开发者从 Memora 收集应用内容。
功能库：Memora 使用 Flutter 及用于本地数据库、文件选择、录音、媒体播放、安全存储和分享的功能库。当前应用未集成广告或行为分析服务。
7. 本地备份与导出文件
Memora 可生成包含记忆数据库和媒体附件的 .mbackup 文件，也可导出 JSON 数据。备份和导出仅在您主动操作时创建。
重要提示：这些导出文件可能包含照片、录音、人物信息和记忆正文，Memora 不会对导出文件进行额外的独立加密。请只保存到您信任的位置或服务，并妥善保护、移动或删除这些文件。文件一旦被分享或复制到应用私有空间之外，将由您和接收服务负责管理。
8. 数据安全
Memora 使用应用私有存储保存数据库和媒体，并使用操作系统安全存储保存应用锁凭据。应用还提供后台隐私遮罩和本地应用锁选项。我们采取与应用性质相适应的措施减少未经授权的访问，但任何设备或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。建议您启用设备锁、保持系统更新，并安全保管导出的备份。
9. 数据保留与删除
- 本地数据会保留到您删除对应记忆、使用“设置 → 删除全部数据”、清除应用存储或卸载应用为止。
- 删除单条记忆时，相关数据库记录和由 Memora 保存在私有存储中的媒体附件会被删除。
- “删除全部数据”会删除 Memora 中的记忆、人物关联和本地媒体内容。语言、主题或应用锁等本地设置可能继续保留；如需删除全部设置，请在系统设置中清除 Memora 的存储数据或卸载应用。
- 您导出或分享至其他位置的备份、JSON 文件或媒体副本不受应用内删除操作影响，需要由您在相应位置手动删除。
- Memora 不提供云端账号，因此不适用在线账号删除流程。开发者无法远程查看或删除仅存于您设备上的数据。
如果您需要数据删除方面的协助，可通过本政策末尾的电子邮件联系我们。由于开发者无法访问您的本地数据，我们通常会提供设备端删除指导，而不会要求您发送个人记忆内容。
10. 儿童隐私
Memora 不要求儿童提供账号信息，也不会将应用内容传输给开发者。监护人应根据儿童年龄和所在地法律决定是否允许其使用本应用，并帮助管理设备权限、录音、照片和导出文件。
11. 跨境传输
由于开发者不接收 Memora 中的个人内容，开发者不会对这些内容进行跨境传输。如果您主动将备份或导出文件分享至第三方云服务或通信应用，数据可能由该第三方跨境处理，具体取决于您选择的服务及其政策。
12. 本政策的变更
当 Memora 的功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。更新后的版本会修改页面顶部的“最近更新”日期。若变化会实质影响个人或敏感数据的处理，我们会通过适当方式提供显著提示，并在适用时征得同意。

1. Scope and developer information
This Privacy Policy applies to the Memora application (Android package name: com.memora.memora) provided by elliot shi (“the Developer”). It explains how Memora accesses, uses, stores, exports, and deletes data.
2. Core privacy principles
- Memora does not require registration or sign-in and does not create a cloud user account.
- Your memory data is stored by default in the app's private storage on your device.
- The current release does not request Internet permission and does not transmit app content to Developer servers.
- Memora contains no advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral analytics SDKs.
- Data leaves Memora's private storage only when you actively use a system share, backup, or export feature.

Memora does not request precise location access and does not read your contacts. Place descriptions and people information are stored only when you enter them.
4. Device permissions
- Photos and media: Used to access photos you actively select for a memory. Memora does not scan or upload your entire photo library without your action.
- Microphone: Used only when you use the recording feature. You can deny or revoke this permission in system settings; only audio recording will become unavailable.
Memora seeks to request permissions in the context of the relevant feature. You can manage permissions at any time in Android system settings.
5. How data is used
The data described above is used only to provide on-device features such as saving and displaying memories, organizing by date or person, search, audio playback, favorites, local backup, backup restoration, and data export. The Developer does not use this data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, sale, or automated decision-making.
6. Data transmission, sharing, and third parties
No collection by the Developer: In the current version, the app does not transmit your personal content or device data to the Developer, and the Developer does not sell or share it with third parties.
Sharing initiated by you: When you choose to share a backup or export, Memora invokes the operating system share sheet. Only the app or service you select receives the file. The recipient's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.
System components: The photo picker, file picker, secure storage, and share sheet are provided by the operating system or device services. Google Play, Android, your device manufacturer, or a third-party app you select may independently process necessary information under their own policies; this is not collection of your Memora content by the Developer.
Functional libraries: Memora uses Flutter and functional libraries for local database storage, file selection, audio recording and playback, secure storage, and sharing. The current app does not integrate advertising or behavioral analytics services.
7. Local backups and exports
Memora can create a .mbackup file containing the memory database and media attachments, and it can export JSON data. Backups and exports are created only when you request them.
Important: Exported files may contain photos, audio, people information, and memory text. Memora does not apply separate additional encryption to exported files. Save them only to locations or services you trust, and protect, move, or delete them appropriately. Once a file is shared or copied outside app-private storage, you and the receiving service are responsible for managing it.
8. Data security
Memora uses app-private storage for its database and media and operating-system secure storage for the app-lock credential. It also offers an optional background privacy cover and local app lock. We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the app, but no device or storage method can guarantee absolute security. We recommend enabling a device lock, keeping your system updated, and protecting exported backups.
9. Data retention and deletion
- Local data is retained until you delete a memory, use “Settings → Delete all data,” clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
- Deleting an individual memory removes its database records and the media attachments stored by Memora in app-private storage.
- “Delete all data” removes memories, people associations, and local media content from Memora. Local preferences such as language, theme, or app lock may remain. To remove all settings, clear Memora's storage in system settings or uninstall the app.
- Backups, JSON files, or media copies that you exported or shared elsewhere are not affected by in-app deletion and must be deleted manually from their destination.
- Memora does not provide a cloud account, so an online account deletion process does not apply. The Developer cannot remotely view or delete data that exists only on your device.
For assistance with deletion, contact us at the email address below. Because the Developer cannot access your local data, we will normally provide device-side deletion instructions and will not ask you to send personal memory content.
10. Children's privacy
Memora does not require children to provide account information and does not transmit app content to the Developer. A parent or guardian should decide whether use is appropriate based on the child's age and applicable law and should help manage device permissions, recordings, photos, and exported files.
11. International transfers
Because the Developer does not receive personal content stored in Memora, the Developer does not transfer that content internationally. If you actively share a backup or export with a third-party cloud or messaging service, that provider may process the data internationally depending on the service you choose and its policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Memora's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. If a change materially affects the handling of personal or sensitive data, we will provide prominent notice by an appropriate method and seek consent where required.
