本隐私权政策适用于由开发者 elliot shi
提供的 FileNest Android 应用（以下简称“FileNest”或“本应用”）。
我们重视您的隐私，并致力于以透明、必要和安全的方式处理数据。
无需账号
FileNest 不提供账号注册或登录功能。
本地处理
浏览、压缩、解压、Hash 和重复文件分析均在设备上完成。
不出售数据
我们不会出售、出租或交易您的个人数据或文件。
不含跟踪 SDK
当前版本不包含广告、分析或崩溃上报 SDK。
1. 本应用访问和处理的数据
为实现文件管理这一核心功能，FileNest 可能在您授权后访问设备共享存储中的
文件、文件夹及相关属性，包括文件内容、文件名、完整路径、文件类型、大小、
修改时间和目录结构。应用仅将这些信息用于您主动使用的功能，例如：
- 浏览、搜索、分类和排序文件；
- 复制、移动、重命名、删除、恢复和分享文件；
- 创建或解压 ZIP 文件；
- 阅读 PDF，查看 APK 元数据，或调用 Android 系统安装器；
- 查找大文件和重复文件；
- 计算文本或文件的 MD5、SHA-1 和 SHA-256；
- 显示存储空间使用情况。
上述文件数据由应用在您的设备上处理，不会由 FileNest 自动上传至开发者的
服务器。FileNest 当前没有用于接收这些数据的开发者服务器。
2. 本地保存的数据
为了记住您的选择并提供文件管理功能，应用会在设备本地保存：
- 主题、语言、排序、隐藏文件显示和隐私选项等应用设置；
- 您授权的存储位置；
- 收藏和最近文件记录，其中可能包含文件名、路径、大小和修改时间；
- 回收站记录及被移入 FileNest 应用专用回收站的文件；
- 完成用户请求所必需的临时压缩或解压文件。
这些信息默认保留在设备本地，不会发送给开发者。设置页中的“匿名使用统计”
选项当前仅保存在本地；当前版本未接入统计服务，也不会通过该选项发送数据。
3. 权限及其用途

4. 数据收集、传输和共享
当前版本的 FileNest：
- 不要求创建账号，也不收集登录凭据；
- 不向开发者服务器传输文件、文件内容、文件名或完整路径；
- 不收集位置、通讯录、短信、通话记录、相机或麦克风数据；
- 不包含广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK 或跨应用跟踪技术；
- 不出售或出租用户数据。
当您主动使用“分享”“使用其他应用打开”“阅读 PDF”或“安装 APK”等功能时，
Android 会将您选择的文件交给您指定的第三方应用或系统组件。接收方对数据的
处理受其自身隐私政策约束，FileNest 无法控制该处理。
Google Play、Android 或设备制造商可能独立处理下载、安装、系统备份、
安全或诊断信息。该处理由相应平台根据您的系统设置和其隐私政策进行，
并非由 FileNest 开发者收集。
5. 数据安全
FileNest 采用 Android 应用沙箱、系统权限机制和用户发起的文件选择流程。
应用不会在开发者服务器上保存您的文件。尽管我们采取合理措施，但任何设备、
软件或存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保护设备锁屏凭据，并仅向可信应用
分享或打开文件。
6. 数据保留和删除

应用设置、授权位置、收藏和最近记录会保留在设备上，直至您在应用中清除、
清除 FileNest 的应用数据或卸载应用。

移入 FileNest 回收站的文件会保留在应用专用存储中，直至您恢复、
永久删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。卸载前请先恢复需要保留的文件。

您主动执行的复制、移动、重命名、覆盖或永久删除会直接影响设备上的文件。

FileNest 不维护服务器账号或云端用户数据库，因此不存在需要向开发者申请
删除的应用账号数据。
如果您通过电子邮件联系我们，我们会收到您的邮箱地址、邮件内容以及您主动
提供的附件。我们仅将这些信息用于回复请求、排查问题或履行法律义务，并仅在
达到这些目的所需的合理期限内保留，不会出售这些信息。
7. 儿童隐私
FileNest 是通用文件管理工具，并非专门面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会
明知故意通过本应用收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童通过支持邮件向我们
提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。
8. 您的选择和权利
您可以通过以下方式控制数据：
- 在 Android 设置中授予或撤销文件和安装权限；
- 在 FileNest 设置中关闭最近文件记录等本地选项；
- 从回收站恢复或永久删除文件；
- 清除应用数据或卸载 FileNest，以删除应用本地保存的数据。
由于 FileNest 不将应用内数据上传至开发者服务器，开发者通常无法访问、
导出或删除您设备上的数据。如需帮助，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
9. 隐私政策变更
当功能、权限、第三方组件或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。
更新后的政策会修改顶部的生效日期。若变更会实质影响个人或敏感数据的处理，
我们将在适当情况下通过应用内说明或商店页面提供显著通知。
FileNest Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the FileNest Android application
(“FileNest” or the “App”) provided by elliot shi.
We value your privacy and aim to process data transparently, securely,
and only as needed to provide the App.
No account required
FileNest does not provide account registration or sign-in.
On-device processing
Browsing, archives, hashing, and duplicate analysis run locally.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or files.
No tracking SDKs
The current version has no advertising, analytics, or crash SDKs.
1. Data the App accesses and processes
Because file management is FileNest’s core purpose, the App may, after
you grant permission, access files, folders, and related attributes in
shared device storage. This may include file contents, file names, full
paths, file types, sizes, modification times, and directory structure.
FileNest uses this access only for user-facing functions you initiate,
including:
- Browsing, searching, categorizing, and sorting files;
- Copying, moving, renaming, deleting, restoring, and sharing files;
- Creating and extracting ZIP archives;
- Reading PDFs, inspecting APK metadata, or opening the Android installer;
- Finding large files and duplicate files;
- Calculating MD5, SHA-1, and SHA-256 for text or files; and
- Displaying storage usage.
This file data is processed on your device and is not automatically
uploaded to servers operated by the FileNest developer. FileNest
currently has no developer server that receives this data.
2. Data stored locally
To remember your choices and provide file-management functions,
FileNest stores the following information locally on your device:

App settings such as theme, language, sorting, hidden-file display,
and privacy preferences;
- Storage locations you authorize;

Favorites and recent-file records, which may include file names,
paths, sizes, and modification times;

Trash records and files moved into FileNest’s app-specific Trash; and
- Temporary archive or extraction files needed to complete your request.
This information remains local by default and is not sent to the
developer. The “Anonymous analytics” preference currently stores only
your local choice. The current App does not integrate an analytics
service and does not transmit data through that setting.
3. Permissions and their purposes

4. Data collection, transfer, and sharing
The current version of FileNest:
- Does not require an account or collect sign-in credentials;

Does not transmit files, file contents, file names, or full paths to
developer-operated servers;

Does not collect location, contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, or
microphone data;

Does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or
cross-app tracking technologies; and
- Does not sell or rent user data.
When you intentionally use Share, Open with another app, Read PDF, or
Install APK, Android passes the file you selected to the third-party app
or system component you chose. The recipient’s handling is governed by
its own privacy policy, and FileNest does not control that processing.
Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer may independently
process download, installation, system backup, security, or diagnostic
information under your system settings and their own privacy policies.
That processing is not collection by the FileNest developer.
5. Data security
FileNest relies on the Android application sandbox, operating-system
permission controls, and user-initiated file-selection flows. Your files
are not stored on developer-operated servers. Although we take
reasonable measures, no device, software, or storage system can be
guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device credentials and share
or open files only with apps you trust.
6. Data retention and deletion

App settings, authorized locations, favorites, and recent records
remain on your device until you clear them in the App, clear
FileNest’s app data, or uninstall the App.

Files moved to FileNest’s Trash remain in app-specific storage until
you restore them, permanently delete them, clear app data, or
uninstall the App. Restore files you wish to keep before uninstalling.

Copy, move, rename, overwrite, and permanent-delete actions you
initiate directly affect files on your device.

FileNest maintains no server account or cloud user database, so there
is no App account data that must be deleted by request to the developer.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and
any attachments you voluntarily provide. We use this information only
to respond, troubleshoot, or meet legal obligations, retain it only for
a reasonably necessary period, and do not sell it.
7. Children’s privacy
FileNest is a general-purpose file manager and is not specifically
directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s
personal information through the App. If you believe a child has sent
personal information through support email, please contact us.
8. Your choices and rights
You can control your data by:
- Granting or revoking file and installation permissions in Android settings;
- Disabling local options such as recent-file history in FileNest settings;
- Restoring or permanently deleting files from Trash; and
- Clearing app data or uninstalling FileNest to remove locally stored App data.
Because FileNest does not upload in-app data to developer servers, the
developer generally cannot access, export, or delete data stored on your
device. Contact us at the address below if you need assistance.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, permissions, third-party
components, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top
will be updated. If a change materially affects the handling of personal
or sensitive data, we will provide prominent notice through the App or
store listing where appropriate.
